• Call 911

• A counsellor from the workplace health and safety commission will immediately come to the scene of the accident.

Major Accidents

• Call 5555 (Security services) to obtain help. Following this, present yourself to Workplace Health and Safety (Santé et sécurité du travail - SST) to fill out an accident report.

Minor Accidents

Employees must:

• Present themselves to Workplace Health and Safety (SST), Pavillon Alphonse-Marie-Parent, Office 1661.

• Form: Declaration and analysis of workplace accidents (for employees).

Students must:

• Complete a declaration and analysis of laboratory accident form.

• Present themselves to Louise Lapointe at room 3069 Pavillon Alexandre-Vachon.
